This bullfighting performance named "Guanniu" in Chinese, is a traditional sports activity by the Hui people. "Guangniu" was originated in Yuan and Song dynasties. Unlike Spain bullfighting, the Hui minority bullfighter will fight the bull without any weapon. In 2010, it was listed as one of the third group of China's national intangible culture heritages.
