A grand, annual ceremony to change the Prayer Flags Pillar in Samye Monastery, the first Buddhist monastery in Tibet, in Dranang, Lhoka, Southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, Feb. 9, 2019. The ceremony is usually held on the fifth day of January in Tibetan calendar, as part of the celebrations of Losar, or Tibetan New Year.
