New Zealand is one of the six countries holding a special exhibition at the 2019 Beijing International Art Biennale. Twenty-one contemporary New Zealand artists aim to bring a glimpse of the beautiful island country in the Pacific Ocean to Chinese audiences through this 34-piece art exhibition at the National Art Museum of China in Beijing. This showcase marks the first-ever New Zealand Special Exhibition at the Beijing Biennale. The exhibition is located in Gallery 5 and runs from Aug. 30 to Sept. 20.
