Shen Yuehao (C) discusses with her colleagues at Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, north China's Tianjin Municipality, May 4, 2020. Shen, 37, chief nurse of the intensive care unit of respiratory and critical care medicine department of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, is a recipient of the May Fourth Medal, the top honor for young Chinese presented annually before the national Youth Day which falls on May 4. After the outbreak of COVID-19, Shen went to the virus-hit Wuhan in Hubei Province as a member of the first batch of medical assistance team from Tianjin. Since Shen grew up in Hubei's neighboring province of Hunan, she could understand some Wuhan dialects. And thus the young nurse not only took care of the patients, but also worked as an "interpreter" for her teammates to help solve the needs of the patients. After 52 days in Wuhan battling the novel coronavirus, Shen has now returned to her home and resume normal work. [Photo/Xinhua]
