Editor's note: An organic tea garden at an elevation of 1,100 meters in Dudong Town in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was recently covered by ice and snow due to continual lows in temperature.

The more than 3,000 mu (about 200 hectares) of tea planted here is said to be resistant to a covering of ice and snow for as long as two months. The cold period even helps to extend the tea's infusion time, making it more popular in the market. The astounding scenery has attracted many visitors.
