Editor's note: A collection of 240 relics featuring ancient Chinese food culture is currently on display at the National Museum of China. The exhibition consists of five sections, including "The Land of Plenty," "The Rhyme of Tea and Wine," "Utensils for Cooking and Dining," "The Evolving Kitchen," and "Food and Rituals." It aims to showcase how foods have changed over time and offer audiences a real-life experience of the daily lives of ancient Chinese farmers.
