The 2012-2013 International Cycling Union (UCI) Track Cycling World Cup ended in Glasgow, Scotland on Sunday with the women's keirin unveiling the last gold medal of the event.

Vogel Kristina from Germany garnered the women's keirin gold medal, while Gnidenko Ekaterina of Russia and Lee Wai Sze from China's Hong Kong won the silver and bronze respectively.

In the men's sprint finals, Germany's Boetticher Stefan and Foerstemann Robert gained gold and silver separately, while Dmitriev Denis of Russia won the bronze.

In the women's omnium overall, Britain's world and Olympic champion Laura Trott won the gold, beating Australian Ankudinoff Ashlee and Russia's Balabolina Tamara.

The 20-year-old Trott had already won the team pursuit with Dani King and Elinor Barker on Friday, the first day of the event held at the Sir new Chris Hoy Velodrome named to honor Britain's six-time Olympic gold medallist Sir Chris Hoy, who was born in Edinbrugh, Scotland in 1976.

The three-day event attracted 207 athletes from 37 countries and regions, which is the first time that the UCI Track Cycling World Cup comes to Scotland.
