As the head coach Steve Kerr returned, the Golden State Warriors grabbed a 2-0 lead in the NBA Finals by routing the Cleveland Cavaliers 132-113 on Sunday night.

"It was just great to be on the sidelines again. That's what makes it so much fun, to feel the energy of the Finals. And so it's really nice to be back," said Kerr, who returned to the sideline for the first time since Game 2 of the first round against Portland on April 19 because of back pain.

Stephen Curry recorded his first career postseason triple-double with 32 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds. Kevin Durant finished with 33 points, 13 rebounds and six assists. Klay Thompson showed some life on the offensive end by shooting 8 of 12 for 22 points after struggling in Game 1.

"We turned the ball over too much in the first half. But the second half, I think we settled in, tried to play simple and defensively just tried to contest their shots," Durant said.

Lebron James had a triple-double with 29 points, 14 assists and 11 rebounds for the Cavs. Kevin Love hit 12 of 23 shots and two 3-pointers, finishing with 27 points and seven rebounds and Kyrie Irving added 19.

"The talent on the floor in this series is just unbelievable," Kerr said. "Obviously, with Steph and K.D. and Klay and Draymond, but trying to stop LeBron and Kyrie, Kevin Love was tremendous tonight. It really is a series that's just loaded with high-powered weapons all over the floor."

The best-of-seven series now shifts to Cleveland for two games, with Game 3 on Wednesday.
