Shanghai SIPG smashes Shanghai Shenhua 6-1 in CSL derby

Both Hulk and Wu Lei scored twice in the second half to pace Shanghai SIPG for a 6-1 victory over Shanghai Shenhua in the 25th round Shanghai derby of the 2017 Chinese Super League on Saturday.

All the seven goals were scored in the second half.

Brazilian striker Hulk broke the deadlock in the 56th minute, and added his second in the 75th minute.

In between, Wu Lei scored twice and Odil Ahmedov from Uzbekistan found the net once during a 10-minute span. And Li Shenglong completed the scoring spree in the 82nd minute.

The lone goal for Shanghai Shenhua was scored by Argentinean Carlos Tevez in the 61st minute.

Chen Zhizhao put Guangzhou R&F ahead by slamming the ball into his former club's net in the 29th minute. After Spanish striker Jonatan Soriano found the equalizer in the 62nd minute for Beijing Guoan, Israeli Eran Zahavi scored seven minutes later to seal the victory for Guangzhou R&F.

Elsewhere, Hebei China Fortune enjoyed a four-match winning streak beating Liaoning 2-1, Tianjin Quanjian downed Chongqing Lifan 2-1 while Shandong Luneng tied Yanbian 1-1.
