Yoo keeps Buriram dream alive with last-gasp goal.

A dramatic injury time strike from Yoo Jun-soo secured Buriram United a 1-1 draw against Guangzhou Evergrande of China PR in the 2018 AFC Champions League on Tuesday, leaving Group G wide open with one round of matches to play.

Two-time champions Guangzhou burst out of the traps at Buriram Stadium and dominated the opening period, with Zheng Long making sure their pressure paid off in the 20th minute when he drilled home from the edge of the area after being teed up by Ricardo Goulart.

Fabio Cannavaro's side continued to threaten after moving in front, with Buriram goalkeeper Sivarak Tedsungnoen pulling off a string of fine saves to keep the hosts in the game.

They made sure to capitalise on their shot-stopper's fine display - and some lax finishing from Guangzhou - deep into time added on, as Yoo slammed home to make it 1-1 in the 92nd minute.

Guangzhou remain top of the group on nine points, one above second placed Cerezo Osaka of Japan and three ahead of Buriram, who sit third on six. Korea Republic's Jeju United are bottom with three points and already eliminated.

Buriram must now win their final game away to Jeju on April 17 and hope Cerezo don't beat Guangzhou in China, while a point would be enough to secure Guangzhou's passage to the Round of 16 regardless of the score in Korea Republic.
