Chinese second-seed Wang Qiang beat Polish third seed Magda Linette 7-5, 6-2 to move into the final of the 2018 WTA Jiangxi Open on Saturday.
It took the Chinese player an hour and 38 minutes to secure the victory over her Polish opponent.
In the first set of match, the two players were well-matched but Wang played more steadily and won it 7-5. In the second set, Linette made several faults, while Wang became more aggressive and scored an easy win over her opponent 6-2.
In another all-Chinese affair, Zhu Lin lost out 3-6, 6-1, 2-6 to sixth seed Zheng, failing to advance to the final.
