The Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) side Jilin announced Friday that they have signed former NBA player Maciej Lampe.

The Polish center/power forward was selected by the New York Knicks with the 30th overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft, and had played briefly for the Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Hornets and Houston Rockets.

Lampe joined CBA side Shenzhen in 2016, where he averaged 23.2 points, 12.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.4 steals per game. The veteran big man was on the roster of the Qingdao Eagles last season.

Lampe is the second foreign signing of the summer for Jilin who made the deal with former NBA guard Dominique Jones last week.

Details of Lampe's contract were not disclosed.
