Clippers stun Warriors with playoff-record rally

Lou Williams smashed 36 points as the Los Angeles Clippers rallied from 31-point down to beat the Golden State Warriors 135-131 and even their first-round playoff series at 1-1 on Monday night.

It was the largest postseason comeback in NBA history. Landry Shamet hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 16.5 seconds left before Stephen Curry failed to answer on the other end.

Danilo Gallinari had 24 points and six assists for the Clippers. Montrezl Harrell added 25 points and 10 rebounds. Curry, who made 5 of 11 3-pointers, led the Warriors with 29 points. Kevin Durant finished with 21 points, five rebounds and five assists. Klay Thompson added 17 and Draymond Green had 14 with nine assists. Kevon Looney scored a career-high 19 points off the bench.
