Friday witnessed three 30-point-plus victories as Xinjiang Flying Tigers, Guangdong Southeast Tigers and Shanxi Loongs smashed their respective opponents in the 11th round of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league.

The defending champions Guangdong routed Fujian Sturgeons 151-121, setting new team record in scoring. With their seventh consecutive win in the league, Guangdong continued to lead the table with a 10-1 record.

Seven Guangdong players had double-digits led by Zhao Rui's career-high 33 points on 12-of-16 shooting. The 37-year-old Amar'e Stoudemire grabbed 37 points and 19 rebounds for Fujian in vain.

Guangdong had a prolific first quarter leading by 46-28, and tied the CBA record of half time score with 88 points, expanding their lead to 28 points and never looked back.

"We kept our concentration during the game, I hope our younger players could improve themselves during this game," said Guangdong's coach Du Feng, who cleared the bench in the fourth quarter.

With three players registering double-doubles, Xinjiang had a commanding 128-83 victory over Beijing Royal Fighters that rested their regular starters including Sani Sakakini, Kyle Fogg and Sun Yue. Zhou Qi led Xinjiang with 22 points and 11 rebounds while Zhang Fan had a game-high 22 points for Beijing.

The runners-up of last season also had some rotations and established a double-digit lead 35-23 after the first quarter where Zhou Qi poured in 12 points and expanded their lead in every of the following quarters before the final whistle blew.

Shanxi Loongs had a convincing 107-71 win over Tianjin Pioneers, who made only six three-pointers out of 33 attempts, as Eric Moreland collected a double-double with 19 points and 17 rebounds for the winners.

Jamaal Franklin scored a game-high 26 points and Yuan Shuai added 18 points for Shanxi, while Shi Deshuai got a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds for Tianjin.

Jiangsu Dragons recovered from an 11-point disadvantage into the fourth quarter to edge Jilin Northeast Tigers 100-98 thanks to Jonathan Gibson's floater in the closing seconds.

Gibson scored 29 points and his teammate Miroslav Radulica contributed 23 points for Jiangsu. Dominique Jones of Jilin had his triple performance of 38 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists, but was in vain to save his team.

Elsewhere, Liaoning Flying Leopards beat Sichuan Blue Whale 119-107 on road despite Courtney Fortson's 54 point show in front of home audience.
