2021 National Athletic Championships and Olympic Trials

The Chinese Athletic Association announced that the 2021 National Athletic Championships and Olympic Trials will be held from June 11-13 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province. All the track and field athletes selected for the Tokyo Olympic Games will participate in the trials.

Second-placed China opened up a three point gap over the Philippines last month when Li Tie's side handed Guam a 7-0 defeat in Suzhou. They will be looking to further enhance their claim to the runners-up slot with a win over the Azkals at Sharjah Stadium on Monday.

Italy vs. Turkey — Euro 2020

After five long years of waiting, the European Championships are finally back with Turkey and Italy locking horns in the opening encounter of the tournament on Friday night. While both sides have been in sensational form coming into Euro 2020, they will be looking to build on that momentum and start the championships on a positive note. The teams are part of a tricky Group A, featuring Switzerland and Wales, in which every match could prove vital to deciding the final standings.
