Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani is in talks with Botafogo about a possible move to the Brazilian club, according to media reports in the South American country.
Cavani is widely expected to leave Old Trafford when his contract expires in June, having had limited opportunities this season.
According newspaper O Globo, the 35-year-old Uruguayan has expressed a willingness to listen to Botafogo's offer after the Rio de Janeiro side made contact with his representatives.
