Italy's Ceccon sets world record in men's 100 backstroke

Italian Thomas Ceccon won the men's 100m backstroke title in a new world record time of 51.60 seconds at the 19th FINA World Championships on Monday.

American Ryan Murphy (51.97) and Hunter Armstrong (51.98) took the silver and the bronze respectively.
