Shandong Taishan claimed a 2-0 win over Henan Songshan Longmen, while Dalian Pro overwhelmed Guangzhou City 3-0 in the seventh round of the 2022 Chinese Super League (CSL) on Tuesday.

Jin Jingdao opened the scoring for Shandong with a header in the 22nd minute after collecting an overhead kick from Brazilian Cryzan da Cruz Queiroz Barcelos.

In the 36th minute, Cryzan struck a penalty for Shandong after Chen Pu was fouled by Henan defender Luo Xin. The Brazilian's first goal of the season gave Shandong a comfortable 2-0 lead before the halftime break.

In the 75th minute, Zhong Jinbao of Henan received a red card for a foul on Shangdong's Liu Yang.

"It was a tough game for the players and it's not easy to play in this heat, but anyway the team won and hopefully the players can do better in the coming matches," said Hao Wei, head coach of Shandong.

Tuesday's other game saw Dalian Pro take the lead from the beginning and score twice in the first half. Lin Liangming added Dalian the third goal on Lv Peng's pass just four minutes into the second half while Guangzhou failed to find the net.
