Great Wall Motor, China's largest sport utility vehicle (SUV) and pickup manufacturer, held a product launch ceremony on Monday at the National Aquatics Center in Beijing for leading SUV brand HAVAL. The group unveiled HAVAL's third-generation H6 DHT model and detailed its new energy strategy.

This was the first business event held at the dual-Olympic venue after the 2022 Beijing Winter Games, marking a new stage of its commercial operations and sustainable use.

To create the best atmosphere to launch the vehicle, the venue's multifunctional hall, north square, and exhibition rooms, as well as its state-of-the-art membrane lighting structures, facade projection, and sound system, were fully utilized.

The event was also livestreamed on major new media platforms, such as the finance channel of China Central Television.

The National Aquatics Center has improved its facilities and capacity for venue management and supporting services after Beijing 2022, enabling it to host better business events, competitions, art performances, TV shows, and exhibitions. The venue's improved ability for sustainable development is expected to help further build Beijing into a cultural hub and international communication center.
