New Olympic Mascot Pins Issued
Adjust font size:

The organizers of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games have issued a new series of pins featuring the Games mascots to be sold to the public.

There are 38 different images of the five mascots on the pins, representing the range of individual Olympic sports to be competed in at the Beijing Games in 2008.

The pins will be hot items for collectors, and available in four different sets, either solid gold or solid silver, or with gold or silver plating.

There will be a limited number of them available on the market.

In addition, the Beijing Games organizers have also released commemorative silver plates.

Both the new pins and plates are follow-ups of the Olympic pins showing the five images of the mascots, issued by the Beijing organizers last November.
