Panda Story, released in 1988, is a feature film produced by Chinese Emei Film Studio and Japanese Panda Piamp Kabushiki Geisha. Directed by Xin Chengzhuo, the story describes the sweet friendship between a Japanese panda researcher –Kayo, a Tibetan boy –Longlong, and a small panda –Huahua at Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve in Sichuan.
