CNET, the official streaming media partner for the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2012), presented the Best of CES Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada Thursday, recognizing the top-performing products at the show in ten various tech categories such as car tech, smartphone, TV, home theater and wireless, etc,.

The awards also include a Best of Show Award and a People's Voice Award, which went to The LG 55EM9600 OLED TV and Razer's Project Fiona concept gaming tablet, respectively.

The 2012 CES show, which runs January 10-13, showcased a full array of never-seen-before, coveted gadgets and techs, including the most exciting handsets and ultra-thin laptops. These "best of best" products are expected to take the world by storm in the near future. This year's show features more than 2,500 international tech companies.

The CES, initiated in 1967, was owned by the U.S. Consumer Electronics Association (CEA). It's the world's biggest tech tradeshow held on a yearly basis. It unveils previews of various products, connects industry, and enables innovations to grow and thrive.

Following are the winners of the Best of CES 2012 Awards in ten different tech fields:

QNX shows us its vision for the future of dashboard technologies, including an innovative application of NFC technology to instantly and automatically Bluetooth pair a smartphone, Ultra HD voice technology that brings stereo CD quality audio to phone calls, and an apps integration for both front and backseat passengers. QNX CAR 2's general release is scheduled for mid-2012.
