Shu Qi, born on April 16, 1976, is the stage name of Taiwan-born actress Lin Lihui. During her early showbiz career, Shu was seen in several X-rated films. But later, she has gained popularity in the mainstream film industry through her acting talent. In 2002, she appeared in the French blockbuster "The Transporter" and the Asian action movie "So Close." In 2008, she was a member of the Berlinale jury at the Berlin International Film Festival. And one year later, she became a member of the jury at the Cannes Film Festival.
