Owl

The owl's eyes are extremely large and forward facing, which give the animal a wide range of "binocular" vision -- seeing things with both eyes at the same time. This means that an owl can see objects in three dimensions and can judge distances in a similar way to humans. However, these big eyes are fixed in the sockets, and an owl cannot "roll" or move its eyes. This is the reason why it often moves its head to get a better view.
