   SS Yongala, Queensland, Australia

The SS Yongala was a steel passenger and freight steamer built by Armstrong Whitworth & Co. Ltd. in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. She was launched on April 29, 1903, but sank during a cyclone in 1911. All 122 people aboard were killed, and traces of the ship were not found until days later. The wreck, found in 1958, has now become a famous tourist attraction and dive site. The 1-century-old ship, 110 meters long, is surrounded not only by history and mystery, but also giant groupers, trevallies, manta, eagle rays, rare bulls, tigers and leopard sharks.
