Chinese actor and singer Li Yifeng topped the first 20 Hottest "Little Fresh Meat" Celebrities ranking in China by the Chinese edition of Forbes magazine.
The ranking lists the most popular "little fresh meat" celebrities in China in 2014, young male celebrities well-known for their fresh and good looks.
Nine of these "little fresh meat" celebrities made their first appearance on the 2015 Forbes China Celebrity 100 List. Most of them have come to stardom by appearing in popular movies or participating in variety TV shows.
"Little fresh meat" was an Internet buzzword in 2014, referring to handsome young males, usually aged between 12 and 25. They generally have good looks, soft skin and a good body shape.
Forbes created the ranking by analyzing the popularity of young male celebrity candidates under 30 between March 2014 and February 2015 using two criteria: information repository (including exposure) and public attention (including the number of searches online). Data came from the Baidu Brand Digital Asset Lists and Forbes China Research.
