Kaifeng residents began planting chrysanthemums hundreds of years ago during the Ming and Qing Dynasty. Today, Kaifeng is still known as the City of Chrysanthemums.

The 10th National Chrysanthemum Exhibition opened in Kaifeng on Monday. Thousands of chrysanthemums were displayed in Longting Park, attracting a large number of visitors.
