Zhouzhuang, one of the most famous water towns in China, is sited in Kunshan City, 30 kilometers southeast of Suzhou. With a history of more than 900 years, it keeps the style and pattern of an ancient water village. It is noted for its profound cultural heritage, well-preserved ancient residential houses, elegant watery views, and traditions and customs with a strong local flavor. The most famous attractions in Zhouzhuang are the Hall of Shen's Residence, Fu'an Bridge and Double Bridge. [China.org.cn]
