Situated in Xinfan County, Sichuan Province, East lake was excavated by Li Deyu, well-know prime minister in the middle and late period of Tang Dynasty. As one of the two classical garden relics of Tan Dynasty, it is a miracle in Chinese Garden history. Whit an area of 18,000 square meters, Xinfan East Lake features more than 20 halls and pavilions, which old-aged trees and precious flowers embellished, lotus-covered ponds surrounded.
