A waterbird flies in the Lalu Wetland National Nature Reserve in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, Dec. 4, 2013. Local government is planning an investment of around 700 million yuan (115 million US dollars) to protect the Lalu Wetland, also called "the Lung of Lhasa", in which over 62 species of rare birds can be found.
