He Lu, 27, is one of the train managers working on Hefei session for Shanghai Railway Bureau. She has worked as a crew member during Spring Festival travel rush twice. But it is her first time to work as a train manager in charge of making sure train journeys run smoothly in Spring Festival travel rush this year. He Lu said despite her rich experience as a crew member on high-speed rail, working as a train manager is a challenge for her.
