Xiaobai Mountain, also known as Yilehuli Mountain, is located in the Huzhong District, Great Khingan mountains of northeast China's Heilongjiang province. It means the magic mountain forest in Olunchun language. Above the sea level of 1,404 meters, this place used to be the nomadic areas of some ethnic minorities such as Ewenki and Olunchun.
