Splendid ribbon-like cloud seen in E China

Ribbon shaped cloud were seen over Jingdezhen, east China's Jiangxi province on the evening of Feb. 17. Experts note these alto-cumulus clouds are normally formed in high altitude. (CNS/Cheng Wanhai)
