8. Shangbao Terrace in Jiangxi province

Shangbao Terrace, located in Shangbao Village of Chongyi County, eastern China's Jiangxi Province, is one of the top three terraces in China, covering a total area of 30,000 mu (2,000 hectares). It was initially built during the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279).
