Located in the Banjorlhanbo village, Gyangze county, Xigaze Prefecture, the Pala Manor is a well-preserved serf manor with a long history. The manor is the most intact among 37 that belonged to the noble Pala family, who had 3,000 serfs and 14,900 head of cattle in the late 19th century. It will show you the lifestyle of wealthy landed family who once lived here. [China.org.cn/Photo by You Bing]
