Nyhavn (New Harbor) is a 17th-century canal and traditional waterfront in Copenhagen, capital of Denmark. The quays of the famous landmark are lined with colorful old houses, cafes and restaurants. The old port, which harbors a lot of historical wooden ships, is one of the must-see destinations in the city. It is a great place to enjoy relaxed atmosphere, savor local delicacies and start a canal tour. World-famous Danish fairytale author Hans Christian Andersen lived there for more than 20 years.
