Zengjia Mountain Ice and Snow Festival opens in Guangyuan

The fourth Zengjia Mountain Ice and Snow Festival opened at the Zengjia Mountain International Ski Resort in Guangyuan city, southeast China’s Sichuan province on December 30. 


The festival proves to be a big draw not only for Sichuan tourists but also for tourists from Gansu province and Chongqing municipality. Tourists can simply enjoy the fascinating snow scenery, or go alpine skiing if they like. 


The organizer has also arranged such activities as an ice and snow photo exhibition and a national skiing invitational to enrich visitor experience. 


The high-standard Zengjia Mountain International Ski Resort was opened four years ago, marking the first attempt to develop ice and snow tourism in northeast Sichuan.
