Construction of the Sandu-Libo expressway in southwest China's Guizhou Province has been fully completed by this Wednesday. The 75.9-km expressway was built with a total investment of 8.89 billion yuan (1.33 billion U.S. dollars) and a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. (Xinhua/Tao Liang)
