The government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region recently unveiled a plan to establish another 35 technological innovation centers in the region by 2015.

Now the region records 65 such centers. It is of the high demand to form a batch of technical innovation platforms for improving independent innovation capability and gathering professional teams and skillful talents.
