A total of 46 priority industrial projects have started construction in the city of Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region by the end of March this year, the Yinchuan Industry and Information Technology Bureau announced.

According to official statistics, the Yinchuan Municipal Government plans to launch 58 priority industrial projects and the total investment in industrial projects will reach some 57 billion yuan, an increase of 20 percent year on year.

The Ningxia Ecological Textile Industrial Demonstration Park started construction in December of last year and was expected to complete infrastructure construction this coming October, according to its spokesman. A total of six cooperation projects, including the one between Zhongyin Cashmere and British Hill International Corporation with a foreign investment of 4.6 billion yuan, have all been under construction in the park since the end of February, the spokesman added.
