To celebrate the World Book and Copyright Day which falls on April 23 every year, Ningxia Library has planned a series of activities including lectures, book crossing, a painting and calligraphy competition to be carried out from April 22 to June 2 to offer its residents an opportunity to explore the charm of reading.
