Located to the south of Lindong Town of Baarin Left Banner in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Shangjing City was first built 918AD. It consists of two parts: an imperial city area and a Han city area. The city wall was made of tampered earth with a perimeter of 6,400 meters. [17u.com]
