to a conference held yesterday.
"I can't walk due to polio as a child and have few chances to
have a sightseeing, but this activity will enable me to make up
this regret," said a man surnamed Shen, who works in a factory in
Bao'an District.
The annual event is a major part of the city's effort in
building a caring and harmonious society. A total of 100 million

since the project was initiated in 2003.
