Shandong plans Langya theme park

A theme park on the Langya folk culture will be built in Jiaonan City, Shandong Province, according to the local tourism administrative committee.

The project has received a total investment of 370 million yuan (US$58.74 million), and when completed, the park will cover an area of 27.9 mu (1.86 hectares).

The first phase of the project is expected to be completed and be put into operation in December this year, and the whole project will be completed in 2013.
