Qingdao's landmark trestle ready for face-lift

The consolidation and refurbishment of Qingdao's trestle bridge reached the bidding phase on Monday, with 23 million yuan invested so far.

The tender focuses mainly on the primary design, working drawing design, and the subsequent services of the trestle's consolidation and refurbishment.

The gamut of the project includes consolidation of lower parts of the bridge, the prefabrication of the bridge decks and maintenance of side wall and bridge floors.

From 2 p.m. on May 15 to 11 a.m. on May 22, qualified bidders can contact the Qingdao Public Resources Trading Hall for enrollment opportunities at 85916094.

The enrollment regulations requires a business entity letter of authorization, the original bailee ID and photocopy, the enterprise qualification certificate, and the original business license and photocopy.
