Located on the Yan'an Yilu, Qingdao Wine Museum is renovated from civil air defense structure and houses boutique wine collections from all over the world inside the underground space kept at 15 degrees centigrade year round.

Wines from Greece, South Africa, New Zealand and France are displayed at different spaces that were designed by designers of the same origin as the wines to offer the authentic local cultures.

Soil textures typical of Pays-de-Loire are displayed at the France hall, alongside top choices from the country known for wine making.

Creative illustrations of wine knowledge are pasted along the steps winding down from the entrance. A free cup of wine is available for savoring at a bar on site.

Since 2010, the venue has been organizing contests for home-made wines and received 1,500 entries.
