Established in 2016, Zhongci New Energy Automobile Manufacturing Co has realized mass production of electric vehicle batteries with endurance mileage of 600 kilometers.

Its graphene battery product was verified to have a staggering 1,029 kilometers endurance mileage.

The energy density of their products reached 260 watts per kilogram in mass production, and 320 watts per kilogram in lab tests.

The battery products can be recharged for 1,800 times, equivalent of 500,000 kilometers of mileage, with each recharging taking a mere 20 minutes.

When a total of 12 new energy vehicle production lines are put into use, the annual capacity is estimated to reach a 3 gigawatt-hour that can be used to equip 80,000 vehicles.

Zhongci plans to build production lines with a total capacity of 80,000 new energy vehicles including passenger cars, freight cars, SUVs, and special purpose vehicles. For now, it collaborates with other automakers for vehicle manufacturing.

The company's first batch of new energy vehicles, co-developed with Chinese auto giant Chery and manufactured by Chery, have rolled off the production line recently. It also signed strategic cooperation agreements to produce special vehicles with Dongfeng Motor and Wuhan University of Technology.
