Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in Macao to attend a series of celebrations. Xi is being welcomed by the Chief Executive of Macao SAR Chui Sai On and key officials of the SAR government.

On Saturday, President Xi will attend the ceremony marking the 15th anniversary of the region's return to China, and the inauguration of the fourth-term government of the special administrative region.

According to Macao Daily, the President is likely to visit local institutions as well as residents. In his keynote speech upon arrival, Xi said.
