China's e-commerce has been rapidly growing, and so have complaints about on-line shopping sites.

According to the latest report from "315online.com" , a major website under the General Administration of Quality Supervision, nearly 47,000 complaints were filed by consumers in 2014. That's almost four times the number in 2013.

Most complaints are about product quality. Government checks on 92 batches of products covering six categories from major shopping sites, including Taobao and Amazon, showed less 60 percent of them were genuine. Cell phones were the worst, less than 30 percent. In terms of shopping sites, China's largest e-commerce platform, "Taobao.com" was found to have the lowest rate of genuine products.
