A-list Chinese pop singers and musicians gathered at the National Olympic Center on the night of February 5 for the annual Beijing Pop Music Awards gala, one of the most influential events that honors excellence in the industry.

Pop veteran Wang Leehom dominated this year's ceremony by notching four awards, while rocker Wang Feng followed with three wins.

With his nonstop effort in music originality, Leehom Wang took home the honors of Most Popular Male Singer (Taiwan and Hong Kong), Best Composer of the Year (Taiwan and Hong Kong), for his 2008 track "Sun in the Rain," Artist of the Year, and Producer of the Year (Taiwan and Hong Kong).
